A punch unit 104 is provided with a press plate guide 147 on the puncher 141 and the press plate guide 147 is provided above and below the opening part of the clearance 45 so as to easily introduce the press plate P to the clearance 45. A clamp driving mechanism 105 is provided with the press plate guide 155 and the press plate guide 155 is provided covering the tip clamp 52 so as to easily introduce the press plate P into an opened tip clamp 52. By the structure, even in the case that the tip part of the press plate P is warped, since the tip is abutted to the press plate guide 147 or 155, the press plate P is surely introduced to the clearance 45 of the puncher 141 or to the tip clamp 52 along inclination.
