Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a band type packing machine which is superior in working efficiency and places a band in the rectangular directions.
CONSTITUTION: At this side of an arch 3 of a band type packing machine 1, an upper side sealer 7 and a lower side sealer 9 are vertically movably provided. The end part of a band 11, which is pulled out from a band feeding reel 10, is connected at this side of the arch 3, to slightly stretch the band 11 in the vertical direction, and the band 11 is wound into a U shape, and when an article-to-be-packed stops at a specified position in the arch 3, cutting and fusing of the band 11, and contact bonding of the fused surface are performed by uniting both sealers 7, 9. At the same time, the band is pulled out from a band guide which is stored in the arch 3 simultaneously to perform packing.
