Title:
CYLINDRICAL WOVEN FABRIC FORM FOR FORMING FRAME FOR SLOPE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3543882
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve weather resistance by forming a cylindrical woven fabric form into double structure consisting of outer cylindrical closely-woven fabric and inner cylindrical coarsely-woven fabric.
SOLUTION: Outer cylindrical woven fabric 2 is closely woven so as not to substantially transmit sunlight and to make water content in mortar pass through but not to make the solid part pass through. Inner cylindrical woven fabric 3 is coarsely woven so as to make also the solid part in the mortar pass through. The inner cylindrical woven fabric 3 is inserted in the outer cylindrical woven fabric 2 to form double structure. Since the outer cylindrical woven fabric 2 shades the sunlight, the inner cylindrical woven fabric 3 is saved from degradation caused by ultraviolet rays, and its weather resistance becomes semipermanent. Since the inner cylindrical woven fabric 3 makes the water content and solid part in the mortar pass through while the outer cylindrical woven fabric 2 makes only extra water content in the mortar pass through, a cylindrical woven fabric form 1 is integrated on the inside and outside by the mortar so as to be able to form a rigid frame for slope. Weather resistance can thereby be improved by a large margin.
