Abstract:
To provide a DC/DC converter in which switching loss and switching noise of a switching element can be reduced.SOLUTION: The DC/DC converter includes a transformer T1 having a primary winding Np and a secondary winding Ns which are electromagnetically coupled with each other, an inverter that is connected to the primary winding of the transformer, has a plurality of switching elements Q1 to Q4, and converts DC power to AC power in accordance with ON/OFF of the plurality of switching elements at a switching frequency, a rectification circuit DB1 that is connected to the secondary winding of the transformer and rectifies AC power generated in the secondary winding, a snubber circuit that is connected to the rectification circuit and that has a snubber capacitor Cs, and a resonance capacitor Cc that sets the resonance frequency of charge current flowing through the snubber capacitor, to be equal to or higher than the switching frequency of the plurality of switching elements.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
