To provide a device for incinerating or gasifying a waste material or solid fuel such as coal, which has enhanced durability and function in comparison with a conventional device by forming a portion that is particularly required to have high-temperature corrosion resistance with the use of an alloy having the high-temperature corrosion resistance.
The device for incinerating or gasifying the waste material or the solid fuel such as coal employs a Ni-based heat resistant alloy in a member or equipment composing the device. The heat resistant alloy comprises, by mass%, 23 to 40% Cr, 5 to 15% W, 0.3 to 4% Si, 1.5 to 2.5% Al, 0.1 to 5% of at least one element selected from among Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb and Ta, 0.1 to 0.5% C, 2.0% or less Mn, 5% or less Fe, and the balance Ni with unavoidable impurities. The Ni-based heat resistant alloy includes Nb for converting carbides into a Nb compound, or an additive element for inhibiting a deficient phase from being produced.
