Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the load of an operator, and also, to safely and surely operate a dam by calculating automatically a first discharge start time, executing the discharge alarm control and the gate control, while monitoring the time by only designating whether its value is appropriate or not, and checking whether the control is finished normally or not. CONSTITUTION:An electronic computer 9 inputs the amount of rainfall inputted from a rain gauge 1 set in a peripheral area of a dam, and a dam water level sent from a dam water gauge 2, calculates the dam water level after several hours, and calculates a first discharge start time for reaching a discharge start water level determined in advance. A discharge alarm request time before a prescribed time in which its first discharge start time is determined, and the first discharge start time are monitored, and when its time arrives, the discharge alarm control and the first discharge gate control are executed, and also, whether the control is executed normally or not is checked. In such a way, the work quantity of an operator can be curtailed, and also, the operation can be executed surely and exactly.
