Abstract:
PURPOSE:To realize a constant water level control which scarcely causes a control delay even when the variation of the inflow quantity is frequent by using a predictive inflow quantity and an actual result inflow quantity at the time of previous sampling for calculating an inflow quantity variation portion. CONSTITUTION:A dam predictive inflow quantity which is calculated by using a discharge quantity of an upstream dam and the amount of rainfall of in an upstream river basin is calculated irrespective of a fluctuation of an actual dam water level, therefore, said quantity is very effective for predicting a fluctuation of a dam water level. Also, various models are propagated for predicting the inflow quantity, but since it is difficult to predict exactly the amount of rainfall by the present technique, a prediction of the dam inflow quantity of the present time can be derived comparatively easily by using only the amount of rainfall of an actual result, although it is difficult to predict the dam inflow quantity in the future. Accordingly, the dam predictive inflow quantity of the present time is used as the present inflow quantity and can be used for an automatic control. In such a way, since the predictive inflow quantity of the present time point and the actual result inflow quantity at the time of the previous sampling are used, a control which scarcely caused a control delay and has an excellent follow-up property to a water level can be executed.
