Abstract:
To provide a damping device which remarkably improves the printing quality by uniformly and smoothly supplying the damping water to the plate cylinder.
The damping device for the offset printing unit of a printer, comprises a rotating water source roller that is immersed in the watering pot and the water form roller that connects the above-mentioned water source roller and the plate cylinder. This damping unit provides one additional damping water supply system with several other rollers which contact the water source roller 6 and the water form roller 5.
