PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the general purpose property by making a damping spring shorter while carrying out a sufficient damping operation.
SOLUTION: A mass member 11 is provided movable in its longitudinal direction, to a fixing frame 10 fixed to a car gondola, a wire 21 is wound a part for one round to a rotary body forming two pulley grooves which is installed to a rotary shaft 19 provided to move integral with the mass member 11, both ends of the wire 21 are connected to both ends in the longitudinal direction of the fixing frame 10, and the linear movement of the mass member 11 is converted to a rotary movement. To the rotary shaft 19, the first and the second cam bodies 22a and 22b with the diameter less than 1/2 of the rotary body 20, and having a cam surface, are installed, and the rotary movement of the rotary shaft 19 is converted to a linear movement in the condition reducing the stroke of the linear movement. The first and the second cam bodies 22a and 22b, and the mass member 11 are interlocked and connected through the first and the second damping springs 12a and 12b, and the vibration of the car gondola is attenuated in an early period by a short spring.
