PURPOSE: To control and suppress sound of a frame in the territory from low frequency to high frequency by providing a control means provided with an exciter installed thereon on a part where vibration of a machine frame such as a processing machine, etc., is large and controlling the exciter by way of detecting time change of natural vibration of the machine frame.

CONSTITUTION: A concrete filled part 3 filled with concrete as a means to increase mass, damping or the like is arranged as a vibrationproofing means in an area (upper part, lower part on head end side) where vibration of a C type frame 11 is large in a press machine. By this concrete filled part 3, vibration in a high frequency territory of the frame 11 is restrained and simultaneously, only natural vibration in a low frequency territory is allowed to remain. In order to detect vibration of this frame 11 on the basis of time, an acceleration pick-up 7 is provided and its detection signal is inputted to a controller 9, and by this controller 9, an exciter 5 provided on each of the concrete filled parts 3 is driven and controlled so that vibration in an antiphase to vibration of the frame 11 is generated.
