Abstract:
PURPOSE: To accurately recognize the abnormality of a data bus even during DMA transfer and other data transfer.
CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with a comparator circuit 15 which compares data on an internal data bus 16 and data on an external data bus 12 and whose output signal changes to a high level when the two data are unequal, an OR circuit 20 providing an output of a signal changed by a change in control signals of a CPU 11 and a DMAC 17, and a flip-flop circuit 21 providing an output signal from the comparator circuit 15 in a timing of the output signal from the OR circuit 20 to an interrupt signal input terminal of the CPU 11.
