Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the levitation of a cover by providing a resin frame to the outer periphery of a data card having a semiconductor chip to fit a cover plate in said frame and providing a curve to the end surface of the cover plate.
CONSTITUTION: The end part of the cover plate 11 in contact with a resin frame 12 is bent to the inside at an angle of 5-20° within a range of 0.5mm or less. By this method, the penetration of foreign matter due to the levitation of the cover plate at the corner thereof is prevented.
