PURPOSE: To collect data in very good efficiency by connecting a single set of central control unit, which is for controlling each centralized control unit of a plurality of winder machine tables, by radio to a remote controller carried by an operator.

CONSTITUTION: Each centralized control unit 3, provided one by one in a single set of winder machine frame 1, is connected to a common single set of central control unit 4 by a transmission line 5, and this central control unit 4 is connected to a remote controller 7, carried by an operator, by radio communication devices 6, 8. Consequently, required inspection such as a package visual check is executed in accordance with a command from the central control unit 4 by the operator, and various data of each rewinding unit, contained with the inspection result, are transmitted to the central control unit 4 directly from a work position and collected.
