To perform a downloading table processing by the autonomous control of a terminal equipment in a data gathering system for collecting data by a processing system device through the plural terminal equipments.

The processing system device 1 is provided with a downloading table 11, a control part 12 and a time setting part 13, adds changeover time information from the time setting part 13 to the contents of the downloading table and sends them out. The terminal equipment 2 stores the contents of the downloading table in an active table 22, sets the changeover time information in the time setting part 26 and turns ON a downloading display flag 25. A processor 24 copies the contents of the active table 21 to an operation table 23 at the set changeover time, performs an IPL(initial program loading) processing, judges whether or not a communication path to the processing system device 1 can be established, copies the contents of the active table 21 to an old version table 22 when it is established, copies the contents of the old version table 22 to the active table 21, copies the contents of the active table 21 to the operation table 23 and performs the IPL processing when it can not be established.
