In a contents provider system 1, an external terminal 10 starts downloading contents fed from a contents server 80 via a mobile apparatus 20 after a two-step authentication by an individual authentication server 30 and a common authentication server 60. If the external terminal 10 switches the bearer from an IMT-2000 network N1 to a radio LAN N2 when downloading, the communication between the contents server 80 and a TCP/IP network N4 is maintained and the contents sent to the TCP/IP network N4 after switching the bearer is once stored in a proxy server 70. The stored contents are sent out to the external terminal 10 with a communication established via the radio LAN N2 by the external terminal 10.
