Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data control system capable of transmitting image data to an image forming device near a receiver without executing troublesome input operation by the receiver.
SOLUTION: In this data control system, a cellular phone device 40 retrieves a printer 60 existing in a communication area of the cellular phone device 40, and transmits proper information on the presence-confirmed printer 60 to a document server 10 by e-mail. While, the document server 10 stores printing data to be processed by either of a plurality of printers 60 connected via LAN, and transmits the printing data for the receiver being an owner of the cellular phone device 40 transmitting the proper information via the LAN to the printer 60 corresponding to the proper information. Such constitution allows the printer 60 to output the printing data for the receiver when the receiver approaches the printer 60 by holding the cellular phone device 40.
