SOLUTION: This event control system 304 is characterized by the following means: a receiving means 306 and a sending means 310 which receives or sends data on a plurality of networks including a network 310 and a network 302 where the protocols are different from each other, a means of data analysis 307 in which the data sent from any network is analyzed, a means of recording data conversion rules 309, a means of data conversion 308 in which the analyzed data is converted based on the data conversion rules.
