Abstract:
To improve both memory using efficiency and memory transfer efficiency when data are packed.
A counter 15 is counted every time a plurality of data 1 of prescribed length are continuously transferred to a selector 13. When the count value or the counter 15 reaches the value corresponding to the block length of a memory 12, the data of the block length contained in the selector 13 are transferred to the memory 12 and also the counter 15 is reset to its initial value. Thus, the data are packed in the data of the block length.
