An indication information storage part 104 stores indication information consisting of plural reproduction indications of reproducing methods including reproduction timing as to individual data to be reproduced. A conversion object data decision part 106 sorts the reproduction indications stored in the indication information storage part 104 according to reproduction start times and extracts reproduction indications of the starts of the reproduction of sequential data within one continuous time from the sorted reproduction indications to a list. A data conversion part 108 puts plural data corresponding to the above extracted reproduction indications extracted in the list together into one data. An indication information conversion part 109 generates a new reproduction indication of a reproducing method for the composite data.
