PURPOSE: To efficiently exchange the data even when plural code systems exist by executing the code conversion only once at the time of transferring a large quantity of the data or by an existing corresponding table and using the intermediate code at the time of transferring a small quantity of the data.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of data transfer command, a transmitting code determining part 07 obtains whether or not the communication with an opposite node is executed by the direct conversion and at the time of the direct conversion, obtains whether the code is an opposite individual code or an own individual code. A corresponding table selecting part 08 respectively selects a corresponding table 13 of an intermediate code and an own individual code when the direct conversion is not executed and a corresponding table 14 of the own individual code and the opposite individual code when an opposite individual code is used. Based on the selected code corresponding table, a code converting part 09 code-converts input data 15, a transmitting data preparing part 10 sticks a header to show the classification of either of a transmitting side individual code, a receiving side individual code or an intermediate code to the converted data or to original input data 15 at the time of transmitting by the own individual code, prepares transmitting data 16 and transmits them.
