CONSTITUTION: An abbreviation parameter list registration means 2 registers respective names of plural pertinent data in common to plural master data and an abbreviation parameter list representing data corresponding to the name into a memory 1. Then a column for plural pertinent data entry in common to the plural master data in succession to master data column is made idle and entered sequentially by data list registration, then an input data analysis means 3 recognizes it that the plural pertinent data entry in common to the plural master data in succession to master data are omitted. Then a data list registration means 4 references an abbreviation parameter list as to the omitted plural pertinent data entry in common to the plural master data in succession to master data and inserts the registered plural pertinent data to the idle column to register the data list into the memory 1. Thus, the data list is registered in the memory 1 by having only to enter the plural master data.
