Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data measuring device of a pallet of a sintering machine and a data measuring method capable of obtaining a temperature distribution in each pallet endlessly circulating in the sintering machine used in a blast furnace steel industry.SOLUTION: A data measuring device of a pallet of a sintering machine has RFID tags 14 arranged in the respective pallets 2, an antenna 15 capable of transmitting and receiving radio waves with the RFID tags 14 for a predetermined time, a reader/writer 17 of the RFID tags 14, a data processing section 18 discriminating the pallet 2 passing through the position of the antenna 15 and perceiving the position based on the discrimination information of the RFID tag 14 inputted from the reader/writer 17, and an infrared camera 7 photographing an image for deriving the temperature distribution of sintered ore in the pallets 2.
