Abstract:
To make it possible to change an oPCR or iPCR state into a locked state (a fixed state to a given data format) or an unlocked state (a state where the locked state is released).
Data output device (10) is provided that includes a receiving means for receiving a command for requesting that an output means state be set in a fixed state to a predetermined data format, and a setting means for setting the output means state in the fixed state to the predetermined data format state according to the command regardless of the output means state.
