Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously output four values while using a memory of the same capacity by lOading four data points in four memories, receiving a color value for translation to an address, using the integer part of the address for positioning, while using the decimal part for determining a tetrahedron, and accessing values to be stored at four corners of the tetrahedron to be used for interpolation. SOLUTION: First of all, 64 data points are loaded from a memory A22 to a memory D25. In order to access data, the RGB output of a scanner 28 is translated into an memory address by an address generator 29 having an integer part (int) and a decimal part (f). Three integer parts and their increment values are inputted to a logic 21. The first job of the logic is easily performed by addressing a start point P000 of a selected solid body and addressing the P1000 while connecting the integer parts of (x), (y) and (z). Three integer Parts generate the address of a memory B at the start point of a current solid body.
