To improve through-put in continuous print processing.
A printer driver which has received a drawing instruction from an application through an OS generates a page header 260 of a certain page or a print command 261 by band units or raster units, and transmits them to a printer. When receiving a drawing instruction 210 of the next page from the application during that transmission, the printer driver generates a preceding paper-feed command 262 for the next page, and transmits it to the printer. Thus, a computer where the printer driver is executed should be provided only with a memory for generating a print command by band units or raster units, and it is possible to improve through-put by performing preceding paper-feed.
