PURPOSE: To execute concentrated control-type dynamic I/O connection management by combining a computer system with a specified means which dynamically manages the I/O connection of a computer from respective hosts.
CONSTITUTION: The respectively instances of the computer system and a dynamic I/O connection manager are placed inside respective switches, also respective provided with a means which directly accesses to a switch controller with a prescribed switch from the host and to the host level instances of the manager, the means which automatically and dynamically judges the present I/O configuration and connection of the respective hosts and the means which is included to the respective host level instances of the manager so as to execute system integration switching. Thus, the dynamic management of I/O connection is surely executed by concentrated control.
