Each data of an HTML document down-loaded from a WWW server 21 are analyzed by an HTML analyzing part 23. Image data are converted into character-recognizable image data by an image data file converting part 24, and the image data are converted into character code data by a character recognizing part 25. The character-recognized character codes are translated into Japanese sentences by a translating part 26. Thus, it is possible to provide a data processor for operating all the above mentioned processing, and to process the image data by a simple procedure.
