Abstract:
To freely obtain the best printing result customized for every individual user, even if no print setting is made to a print job from the user, by processing the print job in an optimum manner in accommodation with personal information registered by each user.
In this data processor, the personal information set by the user who operates a host PC 3 is acquired, and the personal information registered for each of various users is registered in an external memory. Printing attribute data which can be added to the print job to be outputted are customized and formed for every user and transmitted to the host PC 3.
