Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to use a recording medium such as a post pay card only by a prescribed number of times and to use it when a transit fare is within an application limit amount.
CONSTITUTION: When it is judged that a transit fare is within a prescribed application limit amount and that the use of a post pay card is within a prescribed number of times, transit fare data is written in a claim data file in each ID number of a post paid card read out by a card R/W 15 and the application frequency of the post pay card is updated. When it is judged that the transit fare is not within the application limit amount or the use of the card is not within the application frequency, a post pay transaction for the transit fare is inhibited.
