To provide a data receiver capable of control such as use promotion of providing information, by adding data of adding control information to a providing information body, to the providing information.
This transmitting-receiving system provides multi-media digital information including a video, an image and voice for a user by using a communication broadcasting means. The data receiver is connected to a network, to receive an information unit composed of an information body and ancillary data provided by the communication broadcasting means. Thus, the information transmitted by data from an information provider via a communication connecting part, is checked on the content of the ancillary data by a use management part, and indication is sent to an information using part in response to its ancillary data, and the information is used.
