Abstract:
To provide a data recording control device capable of suppressing power consumption at the time of data update at a low cost, in a vehicle or the like equipped with a plurality of control units whose power supply is uniformly controlled.SOLUTION: A data recording control device includes a storage unit configured to store acquired update data, and a control unit configured to switch to a state in which electric power can be supplied to multiple control units when an instruction to execute data update is received from a user in a state in which acquisition of the update data is completed and no power is supplied to the multiple control units, transmit the update data to a control unit that is a target of rewriting the update data among the multiple control units, and shift at least a part of other control units to a standby state in which power consumption is reduced, while causing the control unit to execute update data recording processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
