Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of the waiting time of a rotational clock at the time of performing the recording and the reproduction with respect to a disk type recording medium simultaneously with a ZCLV(zone constant linear velocity).
SOLUTION: During a period when voice data equivalent to one data block are inputted to a recording buffer 10 through an A/D 11 at a fixed rate, the recording of one data block which is inputted just before the period to an optical disk 1 and reproduction from the disk 1 are performed and after voice data constituting the reproduced data block are stored in a reproduction buffer 13 once, the voice data are read out at the fixed rate to be outputted through a D/A 14. A system controller 17 controls this device so that respective data blocks are recorded on the disk 1 successively and continuously, but it controls the device as to a data block which is to be recorded on the disk by straddling over zones so that the device does not reproduce the data block recorded on the disk 1 but reproduce the data block read out from the recording buffer 10.
