Abstract:

To improve the relay performance of data relay, by executing data relay by using the other logical path, even if communication using one logical path is disconnected due to any failure.

A predetermined SA is decided from among a plurality of SAs established in a backbone network 10 based on preset selector information, and the data relay of a data frame is executed between an IPsec device 20 at a center side and IPsec devices 31 to 34 of the other party, by using the decided SA.
