Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the data repeating device which can facilitate multistage repeating and can improve efficiency for using lines.
CONSTITUTION: A transmitting clock generator 3 is provided and based on a break timing signal obtained from received serial data by an unblind detector 1, first and second conversion timing signal generators 2 and 4 generate first and second conversion timing signals respectively synchronized with a received clock and a transmitting clock. At a buffer 5, transmitting serial data are obtained by a serial/parallel converter 6 and a parallel/serial converter 7 respectively controlled by the first and second conversion timing signals. Further, a means is provided to calculate the number of repeater stations and to set a preamble corresponding to the maximum number of missed bits.
