Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the shortening of required analysis time to be effected by retrieving and extracting a map having an area colored in a specified color in an image of a one-element concentration map to extract a two-dimensional distribution data where specified particles exist.
CONSTITUTION: A surface analysis is performed for a plurality of visual fields and the results thereof are stored into a memory means 4 as a two-dimensional distribution data group 5. Then, the color of a color bar to be retrieved by a measuring person is set and inputted from an input means 6. The two-dimensional distribution data (map) group 5 stored 4 is taken in by a retrieval means 2 to retrieve and extract a map having an area (pixel) of the color of the color bar set previously. Upon the end of retrieving all maps, the presence of the map is judged having the area of the color of the color bar set. As a result of the judgment, when the map involved exist, coordinates thereof are displayed 3. Otherwise, non-existence is displayed 3. Thus, the map of the area (pixel) alone is extracted and displayed 3 automatically thereby allowing the measuring person to start the subsequent analysis work immediately.
