PURPOSE: To stably output selected data even at the time of a high speed operation in a data selecting circuit for successively selecting (n) kinds of data from a 1st data up to n-th data, returning data selection to the 1st data and successively repeating similar data selection.

CONSTITUTION: The data selecting circuit has a selection signal generating circuit 4 for generating a selection signal for selecting (n) kinds of data, a selection signal overlap inhibiting circuit 5 for always observing a selection signal selected and specified at present and a selection signal to be selected and specified next, and when the selection signal to be selected and specified next is outputted or both the selection signals are simultaneously outputted, stopping the current selection signal and outputting the succeeding selection signal so as to inhibit overlap of both the signals and a selection circuit 6 for selecting and outputting (n) kinds data in accordance with 1st to n-th selection signals.
