Abstract:

To give a large amount of a storage area for a consumer use terminal device and improve the level of convenience in storing a data file of a user who uses the terminal device.

A user terminal device 1 is connected with a data storage part 11 including a file management computer 12 and a file server 13 via a computer network NT, hierarchically treats an HDD (hard disk drive) in the terminal device 1 and a user area 14, and implements a control software for automatically performing transfer processing of a data file between the HDD and the user area 14. When the terminal device 1 and the storage part 11 are connected by implementing the control software, a membership user is specified and the data file is transferred to the user area 14 of the specified user.
