PURPOSE: To reduce an error rare while correcting automatically a deviation of a strobe point by using a difference in each integration between a strobe point position deviation signal and strobe point control reference signal to apply automatic control of a phase of a clock.
CONSTITUTION: Edge information is extracted from a restored digital FM signal (e) by a conventional method at a circuit 6 and a clock is reproduced by a PLL circuit based on the edge information. The reproduced clock is inputted to a clock phase shift circuit 10 and the phase shift control is applied as shown in the following to attain the best identification point for the rising point. The deviation between the strobe point and the best indentification point, that is, the phase deviation (r) is obtained as an output of an Ex-OR16 inputting an input signal (e) of the strobe circuit 11 and an output signal (k). Further, the reference signal of the phase control changing in response to the said data is obtained as a signal (t) by a strobe circuit 15, an inverter 17 and an EX-OR18. The phase deviation (r) and the control reference signal (t) are integrated by integration circuits 19, 20, the result is inputted to the circuit 10, which applies automatic control by using the difference in the said integration value.
