In this data transfer method, plural sets of template information 132 registering kinds of data in each combination of the data transferred to a processing unit 131 at a receiver side are prepared. In the case of transferring the data to the receiver side processing unit 131 from the sender side processing unit 113, a packet consisting of the transfer data and the template identification information corresponding to the combination of kinds of the transfer data is generated, transferred to the receiver side processing unit. The receiver side processing unit 131 uses the template information of a corresponding set base on the identification information of the transfer packet and extracts the data of plural kinds received from the sender side processing unit.
