Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a data transferring method suit to data transfer for an external device with many registers by outputting the initial value of WRITE data and a register selecting signal for the external device from a programmable read only memory.
CONSTITUTION: A programmable read only memory (PROM)11 is excited at the input of an output signal SEL22 of an address decoder 6 and an output signal of the PROM11 has a selector function for registers REG1Wn. Addresses of the PROM11 are specified by a counter circuit (CNT) 12. Consequently data can be transferred from an MPU to the registers CNG1Wn by an output signal 15 from the PROM12 when the contents of the CNT12 are inputted as an address signal.
