PURPOSE: To give a transmission right forcibly to a special data transmitter, by sending a message on a transmission path with special frame construction when each data transmitter gains the transmission right and by making the controller of the special master unnecessary.
CONSTITUTION: Plural data transmitters reconnected with a loop transmission path and the frame information having a address information field to keep a transmission right for data transmission is sent through the loop path. This frame consists of a flag F to discriminate the end and start of the frame, the address DA of the transmitter which receives the frame, the address SA of the transmitter which transmits the frame and TKN which indicates that the frame is the transmission frame. When the frame is a message frame, TKN is set to I. When the value of field DA indicates the special address, the assigned transmitter gains the transmission right and when it is provided for all the transmitters, the transmitter which fetches the frame information at first can obtain the transmission right.
