Abstract:
PURPOSE: To ensure an easy identification between the start and the end of the frame by securing the different bit structure between the start and end flags for HDLC and others.
CONSTITUTION: The 8-bit structure is given to the flag field, and start flag Fs from the master station to the slave station is set to "11111110" with other flag F set to "11111111". As a result, an easy identification becomes possible for the transmission frame from the master to slave stations and vice versa.
