Abstract:
PURPOSE:To use a data transmitting equipment in common and to simplify the equipment by allowing a procedure controller to adjust timing between a transmission control equipment and a refresh period and transmitting/receiving data to/from a data storage device through an I/O memory in the storage device. CONSTITUTION:Data from a process input/output (PIO) is refreshed in an input memory on the CPU side and output data is refreshed in an output memory on the CPU side. The refresh operation is periodically and continuously executed to control the timing of one refresh period. Namely, an end signal is outputted from a remote input/output (RIO) control part and a start signal is inputted to the RIO control part. A procedure control part controls the timing of the refresh period and transmits/receives terminal data to/from a terminal arranged in a field through an input/output memory. The loading position of a SIO out of PIP/SIO arranged in the field is registered in a terminal connecting serial signal I/O (SIO) registering table and the procedure control part transmits/ receives only the registered SIO.
