Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a file to be output again when a standard code is changed.SOLUTION: An update data acquisition part 16, a data conversion part 18 and a storage processing part 20 generate a file in a message form (text form), including a local code and a standard code, from electronic medical records data generated at a medical institution, and outputs the file to a standardized storage 40. Further, a storage processing part 20 stores the local code, included in the output file, and information on the file associatively in an output-completion table 34. Then an update data acquisition part 16 refers to, when a standard code of an electronic medical records master 84 is changed, the output-completion table 34, and extracts information on a file associated with a local code corresponding to the changed standard code.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
