Abstract:
To provide a date stamp capable of inhibiting a change in a printing surface height of a printing unit by inhibiting a rotation adjustment body from rotating by a lock structure unless there is clear intension of changing of a user.SOLUTION: The upper part of a cover cylinder 6 covering an external surface of a main case 5 is provided with a height adjustment mechanism which includes an adjustment nut body 43, a stopper body 44 and a rotation adjustment body 45. The adjustment nut body 43 includes an elastic engaging claw 49, is connected so as to be rotatable to a guide boss 42, and not to come off from the guide boss 42, and prevents the drop of the rotation adjustment body 45. The rotation adjustment body 45 includes a joining seat 60, and can vertically move between a lock attitude in which the joining seat 60 is joined to an upper wall of the cover cylinder 6, and a lock release attitude in which the joining seat 60 is separated from the upper wall of the cover cylinder 6. A lock structure engaged with the rotation adjustment body 45 so as to inhibit the rotation is provided on a joint surface of the joining seat 60 of the rotation adjustment body 45 in the lock attitude and the upper wall of the cover cylinder 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
