PURPOSE: To reduce the number of steps and to obtain a relatively thin day indicator, by adhering a day star consisting of a thin material stuck with a tacky material on one surface on a day dial consisting of a thin material.

CONSTITUTION: A day dial 41 consists of a plastic, and is formed to the prescribed shape as a day dial 31 while a tape-like plastic 42 is held connected to a plastic tape 42 by a means such as a press, whereafter the dial is printed thereon with the ground surface and the days of the week. A day star 32 consists of a plastic adhered with a tacky material 33 on one surface and consisting of protective paper 45, and is formed to the prescribed shape as the day star 32 while a tape-like plastic 41 is held connected to the above-described plastic tape 41 by a means such as a press. Since the two parts are worked continuously from plastic foil and are joined continuously in this case,the number of steps is reduced and the thin day indicator is obtained.
