Abstract:
To suppress a load to a contact of a switch that a DC circuit breaker comprises.SOLUTION: A DC circuit breaker (1) comprises: a switch (Sm); a transformer (30); a DC voltage source disposed between terminals of a secondary coil of the transformer; a first switch (S1) disposed between the terminals of the secondary coil of the transformer; and a control circuit (50). The control circuit breaks a DC bus by changing over the first switch to be opened when a DC current of the DC bus rises to an overcurrent setting value or higher, and continuously changing over the switch to be opened when the DC current falls to a predetermined value or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
