Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the mechanism and reduce the size by integrating the motor and generator with the provision of a generator magnet at one end of a rotor coreless coil of the motor and a generator coil on the stator at a position thereof corresponding to the generator magnet. CONSTITUTION:A DC motor comprises a stator consisting of a hollow cylindrical yoke 107 and a cylindrical permanent magnet 117 and a rotor having a hollow cylindrical coreless coil 109 extending in the gap between yoke 107 and magnet 117 and provided at one end with a commutator 114 supported by a rotative output shaft 110 extending through the center of the stator. A tacho-generator for the motor comprises a generator magnet provided on the rotor in the neighborhood of the open end of the coreless coil and a generator yoke 103 and coil 104 provided on the stator at a position corresponding to the generator magnet.
