An analog base band signal outputted from the high frequency reception part is converted to a digital value by an A/D converter 1 and defined as one input of an adder 3, and the average moving amount of the DC component in that digital value is found by an average circuit 2. According to the information of intermittently received noise and significant blocks provided at a discrimination part 5, a control part 6 stores the average moving amount of the DC component in the noise block into a memory 4 and the significant block is canceled by inputting its stored value to the other side of the adder 3 for subtracting it.
