PURPOSE: To eliminate erroneous function due to mechanical impact or fluctuation in the error voltage component by providing a circuit including an output switching element, a parallel resistor, a resistor in the series circuit of a semiconductor switch, and a voltage control signal take out point at the joint of the semiconductor switch.
CONSTITUTION: When semiconductor switches 3, 4 are conducted by an output switching control circuit 6, current is fed from a DC power supply 1 through two paths to a positive output terminal 7 and a load 9. One current path passes through a semiconductor switch 4 whereas the other current path passes through a resistor 2 and a semiconductor switch 3. The former can pass more current than the latter and an error voltage is produced due to the conduction resistance of the switch 3 and the line resistance up to the terminal 7. In the case of the latter, output voltage from the terminal 7 is fed back, as a control signal, to the power supply 1 and stabilized regardless of the error voltage in the current path of the switch 4 by making the resistance of the resistor 2 larger than the conduction resistance of the switch 3.
